Once a month gather together to unleash your creativity with like minded people.
On the first Friday of the month for 2 hours bring your projects with you or choose a larger project to work on over a number of weeks.
This weekly creative club can be want you want it to be- I can choose the material and or theme or you can work on your own personal project.
You could choose from these materials :
Clay, wood, stone, copper, acrylics, oils, pastels, watercolours, pyrography, mixed media, Lino printing, geli printing, wire and plaster, card and paper mache sculpture, willow, natural wreath making, Christmas crafts, wet felting,
Clay - introducing hand building methods ( pinch pot, coiling, slab ) plates, bowls, vessels- vases, bottles, plant pots, sculptural forms, Totem poles,
Finishing techniques, texture and painting, underglazing, earthernware, stoneware glazes etc)
Wood- hand carving ( relief art panel or sign, hand carved wood printing blocks or slabs for textured work)
Pyrography - master the art of drawing, shading and enhancing the pieces using a variety of paints and methods, gold leaf and metal effects onto the wood. NEW - pyro and watercolour and collage with paper, paint etc.
Drawing and painting using acrylics and oils to your own canvas.
Sculpture using wire, foil, plaster bandage, paper pulp / Clay.
I will provide basic materials and if you want more then this will be extra ( for example you might need to buy a canvas or a big bag of clay or a large piece of wood or pay a bit towards paint if you are doing a large piece.
