Ruth will be offering Seasonal Yoga and exploring the energies of the season through an exploration of Slow Flow and Yin and sometimes a little groove depending on the mood.
Each class is different and I will make each class unique to the students abilities. Generally I attract beginners to intermediates but saying that I have students that are still coming after 7 years who know what they are doing!
I Love for you to feel nurtured, looked after but also challenged and stretched.
I love oils and incense, music to help guide us and sometimes a little bit of fun.
I weave in pranayama, meditation and yoganidra too !
