We have an amazing day planned for you to totally chill out before the kids break up for the Summer.
We will have a beautiful day which includes:
- Welcome Circle with a refreshing drink and experience an aromatic dressing meditation.
- Yoga slow flow/ Yin Yoga class
- Essential Oils Experience learning how to make natural spa products for you to use on the day and take home :- rejuvenating mud mask, nourishing and uplifting sugarscrub.
- Seasonal Salad Lunch and Cake
- Spa - Sauna, cold plunge pool and steam room
- Creative Workshop: make your bespoke mala bracelet choosing from stone , wood and crystals whilst learning about crystals
- Mindful activities ( sketching, natural hanging's)
- Meditation and Yoga nidra
- Closing Ceremony
Everything is optional so no pressure to do it all, just dip into to what you feel like on the day.
Maybe we might get to do a spot of sun bathing or reading in a hammock!!

Please bring a Yoga mat, blanket and any props you need to be comfortable.
